That’s exactly when a young man arrived in India. After 11 years of experience in designing during which he had become highly seasoned, Anil Reddy craved for something new. What better way than becoming an entrepreneur with a fresh idea? But before his return to Bangalore in 2012, Mr Reddy used to reside in Auckland (New Zealand) and was living quite satisfactory life there.He had reached the summit of success then; he had created digital experiences or web campaigns for biggies like Coca Cola ,Adidas ,British Petroleum (BP), Nissan and Sony PlayStation among others.
Opting for roads less travelled
One would ask himself why he abandoned such an interesting career path to venture into unknown realm? The answer lies behind his dream of making India grow into a leading nation in design industry. To realize his aspiration ,he gave Lollypop its final shape as UX/UI company. He developed affection for art and design while still at school. In those days sketch competitions fascinated him very much but later on it turned out be basis of his entire career.
Since commencement, things have not been going well at Lollypop starting point-2013.Nevertheless, none realized how important being present online was yet.He went on an expedition in search of clients but the design field was still nascent therefore, he roamed around like a ghost. At the beginning, the company struggled for life.Anil had to design for very low figures at certain times. He also doubted whether entering business arena was right or wrong.
They say that hard work pays off sooner or later. As a result, the reputation which he built over his long stay in New Zealand state eventually started working for him. Within several months after Lollypop’s foundation, New Zealand began giving him projects through which his team grew from one to seven employees. From that time up to now, it has been success upon success for this firm.Lollypop is strongly based on the belief of empowering clients and users with impressive, unique and innovative digital design solutions.
Designing with purpose
